Who is Coach Cass
I’m Coach Cass Fitness I am dedicated to helping women build strength, confidence, and balance in their lives. We focus on progress not perfection. Fitness is something that should fit into your everyday life and be fun. My goal is to support women as they navigate the changes in their bodies and help them find joy and movement again you can catch me at 111 conditioning club Monday through Thursday at 5 AM for some group fitness classes.
